What is Auskick?
Auskick is a program designed to teach the basic skills of Australian football to children aged between 5 and 12. Auskick is a non-contact variant of the sport and focuses on fun, fast passed small group activities aimed to develop the skills required to play football.
Meet the coach
Gee has been coaching our Auskick for the last four years, she is dedicated and enthusiastic and loves the difference each group brings. Gee has a passion for developing opportunities for young girls to feel confident playing football and this has seen a number of girls come through our program and into the Yarra Junction Junior Football Club. Over the coming years Gee hopes to see our Auskick program expand and grow with the needs of our local community.
Our Program
At Yarra Junction Auskick we pride ourselves on being a fun and inclusive environment where children can come to develop skills, confidence, friendships and a pathway into junior football. We work hard to provide a safe and welcoming experience for all our kids and their families.
